Two Shining Stars. One Inspiring Evening. A Perfect Summer Kickoff.

Join us for an extraordinary celebration of music, art, and resilience as the Pocono Center for the Arts and Stroudsmoor Country Inn proudly present Music at the Moor — an unforgettable evening featuring two remarkable women whose unexpected journeys led them to inspire the world through their creativity.

Headliner: Meghan Cary

“If the artist in question is Meghan Cary, the answer is a resounding yes.” — Billboard

Smoky-voiced troubadour Meghan Cary creates a musical experience hailed as healing, inspiring, and outrageously joyful. Her performances are electric, blending folk-rock anthems with storytelling that stirs the soul. With comparisons to Brandi Carlile and Melissa Etheridge, Meghan Cary’s message of unity and raising our voices together has become a movement.

A veteran of major music festivals like Philadelphia Folk and Woodstock, Meghan never planned on music. But after the tragic loss of her fiancé, she picked up his guitar, turned grief into song, and changed her life — and ours — forever.

🎶 Featuring songs from her acclaimed album Sing Louder, a top 10 folk chart debut

🎙️ “Run, don’t walk” if you can catch her live

Featured Visual Artist: Heidi Hooper – The Dryer Lint Artist

After surviving cancer and overcoming physical limitations, Heidi Hooper transformed her artistic voice using one of the most unexpected mediums imaginable: dryer lint. Known as “The Andy Warhol of dryer lint,” her work has been featured in Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Consumer Reports, Access Hollywood, and more.

A two-time Niche Award winner, Heidi’s creations are whimsical, intricate, and profoundly inspiring. Her journey and art are a testament to courage, humor, and artistic innovation.
