Discover the art of working with precious metal-clay in this elegant Fine Silver Jewelry Workshop.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to work with the medium, design your piece, texturize it and shape fine (99.9% pure silver) to create beautiful pieces of work. Students choose to create either a pendant, or earrings.
Participants will explore basic techniques including rolling, imprinting textures, cutting shapes, refining and finishing their silver pieces. After firing, students will polish their pieces to a brilliant shine, revealing intricate textures and fine detail.
Perfect for any skill level, create a beautiful piece of jewelry which combines creativity and craftsmanship. Students will take away a professional looking hand-made one-of-a-kind piece, which is uniquely theirs.
All Silver Jewelry Making workshops cost $85 with all materials, tools, and instruction included for the 2(+) hour workshop, unless otherwise noted.
NOTE: Fees for Classes and Workshops offered through Pocono Center For The Arts are NON-REFUNDABLE… However, in the event a class or workshop is cancelled by Earth Art Studios or PCFTA, enrolled students would be entitled to receive a credit or refund for that class or workshop. All classes and workshops must be paid in full before they start. Students cannot pay for a portion of a class or workshop, or for a single session, or cannot pay for the remainder of a class even if they join in after the class has passed its first session.
